 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. Accordingly all the Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.  Please refer to our earlier letter dated 8th September, 2021 sending therewith the Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 along with the Notice of 38th Annual General Meeting as required under Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We have noted that some errors have inadvertently crept into select information at Page Numbers 93, 100, 120 & 150 of our Annual Report - 2020-21 submitted on 8th September, 2021. We consider it prudent to release the correct version of the said pages. Corrected figures are highlighted in bold & italics. The revised and updated version of the Annual Report 2020-21 is enclosed herewith and has also been uploaded on the website of the Company at http:www.ricoauto.in/investor-relation.html. We wish to further inform you that these errors do not have any impact on the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow of the Company. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused in the matter.
