Pursuant to the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (''the Act''), as amended by the Finance Act, 2020, dividend shall be taxable in the hands of the Shareholders w.e.f. April 01, 2020. The Company is therefore required to deduct tax at source on the 3rd Interim Dividend declared on November 08, 2022, as already intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
