Due to declining market trends and losses being incurred, the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to discontinue the manufacturing of Tops, Yarns and Grey Fabrics at Ankleshwar unit and Woolen & Worsted Fabrics at Vadodara unit including re-starting of the same, if the market condition improves.
