 In continuation to our letter dated August 14, 2020, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 22, 2020, inter alia, has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, along with Limited Review Report (with unmodified opinion) of the Statutory Auditor thereon, based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, is given as Annexure I. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M. Due to the current scenario of Covid-19, it was not possible to get the signatures of both Whole Time Director and Statutory Auditors on the Financial Results, hence, the submission of the same with stock exchanges got delayed.
