 Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 ("Circular") in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates. The Company hereby confirms that it is not falling under the criteria as prescribed for Large Corporates (LC) as per the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. Hence, the requirement for filing the Initial Disclosure and Annual Disclosure as mentioned in the above-mentioned circular is not applicable. You are requested to take the same on record and oblige.

LGB FORGE LTD. - 533007 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

 Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated January 18, 2024, February 01, 2024 and February 13, 2024 wherein we had intimated that the operations of the Plant situated at Plot No. 80 & 81, 5th Mile, KRS Road, Metagalli Post, Mysore - 570 016 would be stopped due to one day token strike announced by the Employees'' Union on February 01, 2024 followed by indefinite strike from February 08, 2024 which was subsequently put on hold. After continuous conciliation between the Management and the Employees Union, the issue has been amicably resolved between the parties and entered agreement on March 06, 2024. We request you to take the same on record and oblige pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and since the strike did not take place on the above said dates, details required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular Dated July 13, 2023 is not applicable.  Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated January 18, ,2024 and February 01, 2024 wherein we had intimated that the operations of the Plant situated in Mysore would be stopped due to one day token strike announced by the Employees Union on February 01, 2024 followed by indefinite strike from February 08, 2024. The Management was in continuous discussion with the Employees'' Union and the matter was brought to the notice of Labour Commissioner. There were conciliation happening between the either party and as per the instructions from the Labour Commissioner, the strike was put on hold. The Management is closely in negotiation with the Employees Union to resolve the issue amicably and any further notice on the same subject would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges immediately. We request you to take the same on record and oblige pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
