 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to our letter dated May 3, 2021, we wish to inform that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA') of the Company has been changed from 'KFin Technologies Private Limited (formerly Karvy Fintech Private Limited)' to 'Link Intime India Private Limited' w.e.f. 21.07.2021. [Letters received from National Securities Depository Limited dated 20.07.2021 and Central Depository Services (India) Limited dated 20.07.2021 (received on 22.07.2021) are enclosed herewith] Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a tripartite agreement between the Company, KFIN Technologies Private Limited (old RTA) and Link Intime India Private Limited (new RTA) is under process and same will be intimated in due course.

 Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company will remain close from Thursday, July 1, 2021 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ending June 30, 2021. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company.  Further to our letters dated May 3, 2021, May 21, 2021 and June 4, 2021, we wish to inform that the Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, allotted 14,43,44,360 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of One (1) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every Two (2) existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on June 12, 2021, i.e. record date fixed for this purpose.
