This is to inform you that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. February 20, 2023 has allotted 6,912 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to 1 (One) eligible employee upon exercise of options vested under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is increased from 64,95,51,120 equity shares to 64,95,58,032 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI ESOP Regulations, the details of shares allotted as above are given in 'Annexure -I' to this intimation.
