 Dear Sir, Further to announcement of the Company made to Stock Exchanges on May 10, 2021 in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in reference to temporary closure of operations at its manufacturing facilities in the state of Tamil Nadu due to lockdown, please be informed that the Company has resumed regular operations at its manufacturing facilities situated at Hosur and Padappai. Further, the Company has also partially resumed operations at its manufacturing facility situated at Pallavaram and will be ramping up operations in due course. The Company is following all safeguards and advisories of the Government authorities in reference to Covid -19 pandemic. This is for your information and records.

 In view of the Tamil Nadu Government announcement dated May 8, 2021 on Lockdown restrictions, Company has temporarily closed operations of its manufacturing facilities situated at Padappai, Pallavaram and Hosur w.e.f. Monday, May 10, 2021 onwards until the lockdown restrictions are lifted or until further notice. In light of the escalating COVID-19 situation, the Company's number one priority is the health and safety of its employees. The Company has been following all advisories from Government/Competent authorities on COVID-19 and has been taking all precautionary and pre-emptive measures at its offices, manufacturing facilities and project sites to ensure employee safety and containing the spread of COVID-19. Wherever possible the employees are continuing to work from home. We will submit further update, if any, in due course. This is for your information and records.

 Dear sirs, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take note that: From time to time the Company enters into short term, non-exclusive contracts/purchase orders for global engineering services with other companies in the GE Grid Solutions division outside India. The Company has been formally notified that with effect from 30 June 2021 no new contracts/purchase orders will be issued to it in relation to those services and existing contracts/purchase orders will lapse at their expiry date or be terminated by notice. The principal impact of the reduction in engineering services orders will be excess capacity in its Global Engineering Operations Division. In order to mitigate the costs, the Company is exploring the possibility of redeployment of the affected employees. This is for the information of the exchange and the members.
