In furtherance to our letter dated August 03, 2021 and pursuant to the Regulation 30(2) of the (SEBI LODR) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, August 13, 2021 which commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M. has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 as recommended by the Audit Committee. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a ''Report on Limited Review'' of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. Further, pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
