As per the SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of Co''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders", the trading window for trading in the securities of the Co. shall close not later than end of every quarter till 48 hrs after the declaration of the FR. The TW for dealing in the securities of the Co. shall remain closed after the closure of trading hours on NSE and BSE on March 31, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Audited FR of the Company for the quarter and FY ended March 31, 2023, along with the Audited Report thereon. The date of the BM to consider and approve the above-mentioned Audited FR for the quarter and FY ended 31st March, 2023 will be intimated separately in due course.
