Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, have appointed Mr. Lokesh Chandak as Additional (Executive) Director of the Company effective April 1, 2023. His appointment as Director is subject to allotment of Director Identification Number by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Chandak will hold office as Additional Director up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
