Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19) has affected 110 countries, including India. Given the magnitude and extent of its spread, World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared it a Pandemic which has led the imposition of total lock down in the nation. Apart from human suffering, it is also causing major economic disruption. To ensure the safety of employees to contain the spread of COVID-19 and to comply with the directions of Central/ State Government, our operations have been disrupted across various projects in different parts of the Country, as per the directives applicable on them. Recently, in line with the latest lock down measure announced by the Prime Minister on 24th March 2020, Company has also decided to lockdown/ suspend its operations for a period of 21 days with effect from 25th March 2020. In the current uncertain situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic COVID-19 on the business operation of the Company.
