 In continuation of its' communication dated 26.03.2020, PNC Infratech Limited announces resumption of construction activities at the Company's Project Sites including EPC and HAM Projects w.e.f. 20.04.2020, to the extent possible, in terms of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs order No. 40-3/2020-DM-I(A) dated 15 April 2020 and the orders of local administrations. The Company also announces resumption of user fee collection (tolling) operations by Company's subsidiary SPVs at all the MoRTH and NHAI BOT-Toll Projects w.e.f. 20.04.2020, pursuant to the directives of MoRTH and NHAI. The Company is following the directives/guidelines issued by the government authorities with regard to containment and prevention of spread of COVID -19, while execution of the works and tolling operations. Any further developments in this regard will be intimated accordingly.

 PNC Infratech Limited announces temporary suspension of construction works across all the Company's Project Sites including EPC and HAM w.e.f. 25.03.2020, pursuant to the nation- wide lockdown announced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India and Ministry of Home Affairs' Order dated 24.03.2020. The Company also announces temporary suspension of user fee (toll) collection operations by Company's subsidiary SPVs at all the MoRTH and NHAI BOT-Toll Projects, in the forenoon of 26.03.2020 pursuant to the directives of MoRTH and NHAI. The occurrence of the above Force Majeure Event is being intimated to the concerned Authorities in terms of relevant provisions of the respective contract/concession agreements. As the above Force Majeure Event still continues, the overall impact of the same on the Company's performance cannot be ascertained at this point of time. Any further developments in this regard will be intimated accordingly
