 PNC Infratech Limited (the Company) is pleased to inform you that the Company was in receipt of Rs. 3,64,91,067.00 on 22 December 2022 towards an arbitration award published in its' favour with regard to arbitration proceedings initiated by the Company with Military Engineer Services (MES), Government of India in a construction contract namely 'Resurfacing of Runway and Allied Works at AFS Panagarh, West Bengal'. Since, the amount of award is not significantly high, it is not expected that there would be any material impact on the Company''s financial position in this regard. The aforesaid information is submitted in compliance with the 'Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para C of Part A of Schedule III thereof and accordingly we request you to take note of the same.
