In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that a project namely 'Four laning of the Bhojpur to Buxar section (km 27.370 to km 75.000 of NH-84) (Design Chainage km 77.100 to km 125.000) of National Highway No. 84 in the state of Bihar under NHDP Phase-III on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode' executed by PNC Infratech Limited-SP Singla Construction Private Limited-JV (PNC-SPCPL JV) has been provisionally completed. Accordingly, 'Provisional Completion Certificate' dated 16.05.2023 declaring the Project fit for entry into commercial operations with effect from 16th May, 2023 has been issued by the Independent Engineer vide his e-mail dated 17th May, 2023. Additional details of the Project pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is mentioned in Annexure.
