 The Finance Committee of the Board, at its meeting held today has inter-alia: Allotted 60,000 equity shares at face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) per share to the eligible employees under the AYM Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021 pursuant to their exercise of stock options. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares under AYM ESOP Scheme 2021, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 502,136,240 /- representing 50,213,624 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.
