In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Audit Committee and Board of the Directors of the Company have today i.e. November 21, 2022 approved sale / transfer of its wholly owned subsidiary ('WOS') companies named Welspun Innovative Products Limited and Easygo Textiles Private Limited to MGN Agro Properties Private Limited, a promoter group company. These WOSs presently don't have any active business nor do we have any plan for them and hence, the Company has decided to exit.
