 Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, vide their resolution dated February 14, 2019, have approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information ('UPSI'). The revised Code shall be effective from April 1, 2019. The Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI is placed on the Company's website: http://www.hdil.in/investor-relations/corporate-governance/codes/ The Company has also amended HDIL Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders according to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, which inter-alia includes amendment in the trading window closure period.
