Please take note that the Ahmedabad Bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has vide order pronounced on October 27, 2023 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Welspun Metallics Limited (the transferor Company) with Welspun Corp Limited (the transferee Company) and their respective shareholders. In terms of Scheme, the Captioned Scheme has become effective from the date of passing the Order by the NCLT i.e. October 27, 2023 with the Appointed date of April 1, 2022.27-10-2023
