Approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Disclosure of Trading Window: The Company has already intimated to the Exchange on 01st July, 2019 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 01st July, 2019 for the consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
