Sale of Investment
Nelcast Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has entered into an agreement to sell its Investment held in Nelcast Energy Corporation Ltd. Due to this transaction the Company expects to generate an additional profit to the extent of Rs. 79 Crore after tax. In terms of EPS will Rs. 45 per share. The transaction and other formalities are expected to be completed by end of third quarter.29-09-2010
