Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM
Nelcast Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2017 to August 03, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2017.The Final Dividend, if declared in the AGM of the Company, same will be paid from August 04, 2017 onwards.25-05-2017
