INEOS to acquire BASFs share in Styrolution
Styrolution ABS (India) Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of Joint News Release, as received by the Company, informing that INEOS will acquire BASFs 50% share in Styrolution, a joint venture between the companies.The aforesaid transaction is subject to the approval of regulatory and appropriate antitrust authorities.
