In view of amendment to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 effective from April 01, 2019, the Company has amended its "INEOS Styrolution Fair Disclosure Policy" in line with the authority given by its Board of Directors to include the policy for determination of ''Legitimate Purposes'' as stipulated under regulation 3(2A) of the said regulations.
