 In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held through video conferencing today i.e. April 13, 2022, have approved the following change in the Board of Directors of the Company: 1. Appointment of Ms. Sandra Martyres as an Additional Director and Independent Woman Director of the Company. Due to the vacancy caused by completion of term of appointment of Ms. Ryna Karani as an Independent Woman Director, the Board has appointed Ms. Sandra Martyres (DIN: 00798406) as an Additional Director and Independent Woman Director w.e.f. May 16, 2022. The Committees of the Board would be reconstituted upon the change in the Board and would be intimated accordingly. The fire was extinguished internally and the plant has been brought to safe mode. One worker is injured and is currently undergoing treatment at a local hospital. All operations have been discontinued at the Nandesari plant, till further assessment of the cause and implementation of corrective actions. You are requested to kindly take the above on record.
