We, being one of the Promoters of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited (''the Target Company'') inform you that on scrutiny of the Beneficiary Account of the Company it has been found that 14,87,762 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Target Company held by our Company have been invoked from pledge by DMI Finance Private Limited on 16th June 2020 and intimation received by the Company on 22 June 2020. After such invocation, we hold 1,92,14,753 Equity Shares representing 9.08% of the Paid-Up Share Capital of the Target Company.
