Further to our letter dated July 09, 2019, our Company''s 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was scheduled to be held on August 08, 2019. Due to unavoidable circumstances and administrative reasons, 27th AGM is rescheduled on September 27, 2019 at 2.00 p.m at Welcome Hotel,Cathedral Road, Chennai - 600 086. Accordingly, there is change in closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of determining the entitlement of dividend recommended for declaration at the 27th AGM and also e-voting as given below : a) Book closure will commence on September 21, 2019 and ends on September 27, 2019 (both days inclusive) b)The e-voting period commences on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 9.00 A.M (IST) and ends on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 5.00 P.M (IST). Further, Friday, 20th September 2019 will be the cut off date (record date) for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to our members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 27th AGM.27-07-2019
