 Sub: Notice to Shareholders regarding transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) - Reg. Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 We wish to inform you that the Company has sent notice on January 25, 2023 to the shareholders who have not claimed or encashed Interim Dividend 2015-16 for seven consecutive years as the same has to be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account as per the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. Further, as required under the said Rules, the Company has also published a Notice in Business Standard (English Edition) and The Hindu (Tamil Edition) on January 26, 2023.
