Since the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 22nd May, 2023 for considering Audited Financial Results and recommendation of Dividend, if any, the trading window will remain closed up to Wednesday, 24th May, 2023 and shall reopen from Thursday, the 25th May, 2023.

The Company has, from time to time, informed the Stock Exchanges about updates on GACL-NALCO Alkalies & Chemicals Private Limited("GNAL"), a Joint Venture Company between GACL and National Aluminium Company Limited ("NALCO") formed to set up 800 TPD Caustic Soda Plant along with 130 MW Captive Power Plant at Dahej. Further to our letters dated 31.03.2022, 17.05.2022 and 24.05.2022, we would like to inform that GNAL has informed us today that it has successfully commissioned Unit # 2 of 2x65 MW Captive Power Plant and synchronized the same with the State grid on 28.04.2023. The Company has, from time to time, informed the Stock Exchanges about updates on 33,870 TPA (85% H3PO4) (equivalent to 21000 TPA - 100% P2O5) Food Grade Phosphoric Acid Plant (Purified Phosphoric Plant) at Dahej Complex. In this regard, we would like to further inform that the process for manufacturing of Food Grade Phosphoric Acid Plant (Purified Phosphoric Plant) has been started at Dahej Complex by feeding the raw materials to the process equipment on 27th April, 2023.
