 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and as per Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12th February, 2019, has adopted a revised 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' and 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The revised Code is effective from 01st April, 2019 and shall be made available on the Company''s website at www.celebritygroup.com.
