Celebrity Fashions Ltd - 532695 - Announcement Under Regulation 30 - Updates - Intimation On Sale Of Property

 In continuation to our letter dt. 22nd August, 2019 on sale of immovable property of our Company, we wish to inform that as stipulated in the restructuring package sanctioned by the Company's Banker State Bank of India for the revival of the Company in November 2012, the Company has sought the approval of the shareholders vide Special resolution dated 14th February, 2017 for the sale of its immovable property at 107A,G.S.T Road, Chrompet, Chennai - 600044. Subsequently the sale has been concluded on 21st August, 2019 which is well within the stipulated time frame of March 2020 and the proceeds realised has been utilised towards settlement of term loans in full. We wish to confirm that as of today all commitments with respect to term loans have been honoured in full and closed.

 In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations, if any, read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company pursuant to the approval of the shareholders dated 14th February, 2017 has concluded the sale of its immovable property situated at 107-A, G.S.T Road, Chrompet, Chennai - 600044 on 21st August, 2019 at a total sale consideration of Rs. 17 Crores. The above transaction is not a related party transaction and the buyer is not related to the Promoter / Promoter group / Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
