 This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held today, i.e. Friday, 12th August 2022 has recommended the reappointment of M/s SRSV & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai (ICAI Firm Registration Number 015041S), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 38th AGM to be held in the year 2027.
