 In continuation to our submission dated July 10, 2020 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as 'the SEBI Regulation'), the Company has undertaken following transactions: - 1. Additional equity investments in Calcutta Compression & Liquefications Engineering Ltd (CCLEL), thereby making it wholly owned subsidiary Company. 2. Disinvestment in EKC Positron Gas Ltd (EKCPGL), thereby ceasing to be Subsidiary of the Company. Disclosures for point 2 and 3 pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Regulation are attached as Annexure A and B respectively.
