 The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting via Video Conference held today i.e. April 27, 2020 at 12.00 noon and concluded at 1.20 p.m. have declared a Special Dividend of Rs. 320/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (3200% ) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. The said Special Dividend will be paid to the eligible Members of the Company(whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, May 8, 2020) electronically through Bank transfer on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.
