Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that today the Company has received an Intimation of liability under GST intimating payment of penalty for wrongful availment of Input Tax Credit from fictitious dealers M/s Darshan Textile, M/s. Laxmi Silk Mills and M/s. Suman Textiles. The Order is issued by Asst. Commissioner of State Tax-1, Enforcement Division-10, Rajkot for the imposition of penalty ascertained from July, 2017 to March, 2020 and advised the Company to pay sum of Rs. 20,57,352/- (Twenty Lakh Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty-Two). Further, kindly note that the said intimation received is the Demand Notice and the company reserves its right to file any submissions against the above ascertainment. The Company will intimate any further progress in the matter to the Stock Exchange as it comes to the Company's notice.29-01-2021
