 Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that the Board Meeting of the Company was held on August 6, 2021, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2021 along with Re-appointment of Mr. Bhavesh Dholiya and Mrs. Aruna Kachchhi as Independent Directors of the Company. However, while perusing the documents on the website of the BSE viz. www.bseindia.com, it was observed that the documents submitted were not in machine readable form as required by the BSE. Further, we would like to confirm that due to revision in formatting of documents, there is no impact on the figures stated in the Financial Results under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Disclosures made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Please take the same on your records as a timely compliance of the aforesaid Regulations.
