In order to bring efficiency in services to the Shareholders at economical rate and for certain procedural reasons, it was decided by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 26.04.2023 to shift all the RTA services to Skyline Financial Services Private Limited. Further to inform you that till such time the process of change in RTA is completed, Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited will continue as RTA of the Company.
