In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated October 18, 2021, this is to inform you that the Government of India has approved the application of Synegra EMS Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company of Smartlink Holdings Limited under the extended Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for manufacturing of Telecom and Networking Products in India under the MSME category. The approval of the scheme is subject to exit from the earlier approved scheme and subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the approval letter. Synegra EMS Limited at its meeting held on November 02, 2022 has approved the proposal to exit from the erstwhile PLI scheme and opt for the extended PLI scheme on the terms and conditions as stated in the approval letter.
