GODAWARI POWER & ISPAT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Board of Directors shall also consider the agenda relating to payment of Interim Dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 in the said Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30th January, 2021. The interim dividend, if decided to be paid shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, 6th February, 2021 which is the 'Record Date' fixed by the Company, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
