With reference to our letter GPIL/NSE & BSE/4247 dated 10.12.2020 vide which we have informed the outcome of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on today i.e. 10.12.2020, we would like to inform you that the total numbers of shares of Ardent Steel Limited to be divested was inadvertently mentioned as 44,60,000 Equity Shares instead of 40,66,200 Equity Shares. Hence, the second para of above referred letter may be read as: The voting has been done by remote e-voting and through e-voting during the meeting to approve the proposal to divest 40,66,200 equity shares of Rs.10 each fully paid held in Ardent Steel Limited (ASL) at Rs.214 per share.
