 The Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of Godawari Power & Ispat Limited was scheduled today, Saturday, the 12th day of June, 2021 from 11:30 A.M. The meeting started at 11.35 A.M. and concluded at 12.12 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Video Mode (OAVM) provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). The voting has been done by remote e-voting and through e-voting during the meeting to approve the proposal for divestment of its shareholding in Godawari Green Energy Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company. The results of the e-voting will be sent as soon as we receive reports from scrutinizer appointed for the purpose.
