 In continuation to our earlier communication dated 23rd December, 2021 to Stock Exchanges, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the 50 MW Solar Power Plant of our Material Subsidiary Company, M/s. Godawari Green Energy Limited (GGEL) has resumed its operations on 16th January, 2022 and kept under observation since complete overhauling has been done. The plant has been operating successfully since its resumption of operations from 16th January, 2022.
