We would like to inform you that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited is scheduled to be held on 16th September, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. through VC/OAVM. The Company is pleased to provide the remote e-voting facility to its shareholders to exercise their vote by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services and VC/OAVM facility provided by NSDL vide EVEN-120791. The remote e-voting period shall commence on 13.09.2022 (09:00 AM) and ends on 15.09.2022 (05:00 PM).
