GPIL/NSE&BSE/2023/5252 dated 20th October 2023, informing that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 03rd November, 2023 ('Meeting'), to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2023.
