The Auditors' Report(s) thereon as submitted by the Auditors of the Company are also enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 1:40 p.m. The Board of Directors decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
