The Share Allotment and Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company viz. Havells India Limited, in its meeting held today on 8th June, 2023, has allotted 1,64,612 (One Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Six Hundred and Twelve Only) Equity Shares of Re.1/- each to the Havells Employees Welfare Trust ('the Trust'). The said shares, together with the 41,960 (Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Only) Equity Shares of Re.1/- each, already lying with the Trust, will be transferred to the eligible Employees against the Exercise of 2,06,572 (Two Lakhs Six Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Two Only) shares under the prevailing ESPS Schemes of the Company.
