BATA INDIA LTD. - 500043 - Notice Convening The 86Th Annual General Meeting (AGM) And Book Closure Dates For The Purpose Of The 86Th AGM And Dividend Entitlement For The Financial Year Ended March 31, 2019

 In continuation to our letter dated May 24, 2019 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the Notice convening the 86th AGM of the Members of Bata India Limited ('the Company') scheduled to be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 'KALAMANDIR', 48, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700017. In this connection, we would also like to inform that in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 24, 2019 to Friday, August 2, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 86th AGM and payment of Dividend to the shareholders / beneficial owners who will be entitled to receive dividend @ Rs. 6.25 per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each (i.e., 125%) fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019, if declared at the ensuing AGM.
