Further to our letter dated 01st September 2020, the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Bharat Dynamics Limited will be held at 15:00 Hrs on Monday, 28 September 2020 through Video Conferencing (VC) /OAVM. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we wish to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 22 September, 2020 to Monday, 28 September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend and for 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 28th September 2020. The dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
