We confirm that as per Regulation 33 (3) (e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the financial results for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2022 are derived from the figures between audited financial results in respect of the full financial year ending 31st March 2022 and the published year to date figures up-to the third quarter ending 31st December 2021. We also confirm having submitted the Auditor's Report with unmodified opinions and the Financial Results for the period ending March 31, 2022 as per the format prescribed in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013.
