Investment in US based Subsidiary Company
Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is contemplating to invest in Kellton Tech, Inc., which is going to be 100% Subsidiary Company, after investment. The subsidiary Company is incorporated in Deleware, USA and will be a Holding Company for further outbound US investments.All future investments and acquisitions, in the US, would be routed through this Subsidiary Company, for administrative and legal compliance.25-09-2013
